In 2008, started manufacturing Aluminum Formwork and has carved a niche for itself through R&D focus, innovative product range and excellent technical support services. More than 100 sites are running for client’s aluminum and scaffolding under the supervision of qualified engineers and technicians.
 
The company’s corporate office is in Delhi and manufacturing plant in Uttarakhand, India with capacity of 800 tones / month each for formwork and scaffolding and constructible area of 7756 sq.mt. Significant in-house R&D and engineering capability with world class captive tool room for designing and prototyping and 250 fully computerized machines. It has more than 350 highly trained employees. The company has a strong clientele consisting of Tata, Godrej, Reliance, GMR, DLF, Shapoorji Pallonji, Indian Oil, GAAR, BHEL, TVS, etc.
 
The Company has obtained ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications and recipient of various awards & recognitions.
 
Proposal: The promoters are looking to sell 100% of the business or a significant stake on deferred basis. The director will remain part of the team for 1-2 years to ensure smoother transition after takeover.
