Project Overview

An investor based in the United States is actively looking to make strategic investment in or acquire operational call centres and/or BPO in India having a seating capacity of 100 to 2,000 seats. The Investor is focused on businesses offering customer care and voice-based support services for clients in India and overseas.

Preferred target would be a fully functional BPO or call centre with:

• Established client base
• Scalable and well-maintained infrastructure
• Experienced and trained operational & delivery teams

The ideal target should be catering to industries with needs of high-volume customer interaction such as telecom, e-commerce, BFSI, utilities among others.

Transaction
