Rahul Bajaj is a finance and investment banking professional with experience across mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, financial analysis, and strategic advisory assignments. He currently works with the investment banking team at OnetoOne ILO Consulting, supporting transaction execution, investor engagement, and cross-border business initiatives.

He has been involved in preparing investment teasers, executive summaries, and information memoranda for investor outreach, while also developing detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support M&A and fundraising mandates. His work spans multiple sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, renewable energy, cleantech, IT and the consumer sector.

Rahul has contributed to international business expansion projects by collaborating with trade commissioners and overseas stakeholders to assist foreign companies exploring opportunities in India. He has also supported capital-raising initiatives, including external commercial borrowing (ECB) discussions for renewable energy projects.

Prior to this, he worked with Supercluster π as an Investment & Acquisition Analyst, where he participated in acquisition analysis, investor outreach, and financial due diligence for health and wellness brands. During this period, he engaged with global investors, supported acquisition transactions, and worked on valuation and post-acquisition assessment models.

Rahul completed his MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), London, with a focus on corporate finance, valuation, asset management, mergers & acquisitions, and financial reporting.
